Escrow Services
Escrow management services are available to clients who require it. The account is funded by the intended parent(s) and managed by a Lotus Blossom Consulting representative according to the terms of the payment schedule set forth in the contract. All funds are held in separate sub-accounts; to avoid co-mingling of funds. A report of your account is available at any time by request. Written permission will be obtained prior to any release of funds.
