Philosophy
Lotus Blossom Consulting was created to address the needs of individuals facing the daunting task of navigating through the process of family building. We have extensive experience working with infertility professionals on a national and international basis. Lotus Blossom Consultants empower you with the information and resources necessary to allow you to make informed decisions and become your own best advocate. It is the collaborative, comprehensive and compassionate approach of our professional consultation services which affords you the ability to:

Mindy Berkson - Infertility Consultant

Mindy Berkson has over a decade of experience in the infertility field. In addition to her personal battle with secondary infertility, Mindy has worked in several different capacities at both physicians' offices and egg donor and surrogacy agencies. Mindy received her B.S. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. As an IVF coordinator, Mindy guided hundreds of intended parents through the stressful demands of the infertility process as well as provide professional and compassionate assistance in dealing with the emotional barriers involved with third party reproduction. Her research and in vitro experience in the field enables her to truly be a resource and provide an insider's approach. With a deep commitment to helping others, and a passion and knowledge of the fertility process, Mindy founded Lotus Blossom Consulting.

Toni Siragusa - Infertility Consultant
Toni Siragusa has over three years' experience in infertility. Before receiving her MBA at Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management, Toni worked in managed care. After graduate school, she worked as a financial planner and a licensed insurance agent. Her commitment to Lotus Blossom Consulting nurtures her passions for guiding clients through tough financial decisions which can impact both short- and long-term family building goals. She diligently helps clients navigate the complex and sensitive arrangements necessary for financing fertility treatment while maintaining financial wellbeing for their future.
